11.5.10 CU2 issue with Journal Entry Reserve Ledger Report ( FAS400) not completing

Hi,

We upgraded to 11.5.10 CU2 ERP and 10.2.0.4.0 in the database. Now the Journal Entry Reserve Ledger Report ( FAS400) will not complete. On Metalink it's recommended that patch 6896035 be applied which it has been. We still have the issue.
We have an SR opened but no resolution yet. Oracle wants us to apply one off Patch 8627052 and pre-requisite Patch 8552024.
When the DBA applied patch 8552024 it terminated with errors. We are waiting to hear back from Oracle.

Has anyone resolved this issue with Journal Entry Reserve Ledger Report ( FAS400)?
