OEM health check does not work

Hello all,

I am running 9i (9.2.0.8) OEM to monitor my Dataguard setup. I have a primary with one physical standby.  I have the Health Check monitor set for 30 mins. My assumption when reading on this was that it would do a check of status every 30 min. So, if I had the DG applicatoin GUI open showing my status, with a "Last refreshed on" time at teh bottom of the window, that I would see this update every 30 mins.

In my case, the only way I get a status check is for me to do a manual refresh.

Does this feature work, and if so, is there someplace I need to check a configuration setting or such?
