How to setup mail server on EBS
Hi,
we use EBS R12, modul HR and Payroll only.
Not all employees have the access to the application, but only the HR personnel in the Head office and the branches (46 branches).
Today, if a user forget their password, (s)he must inform the system administrator in the head office to reset the password. And it is really inefficient. In the login screen we found a link to 'Login Assistance' where seems we can reset our own password by email notification. It still can not be used because hasn't been setup yet.
We have a mail server in our office.
