Unable to Change Interest rate of Lease

Hi,
Interest Rate is the combination of Kibor Rate (Float) + Bank Interest Rate (Fixed). I have generated the Lease schedule, Lease Details and transfer few payments to payables. Now There is a change in Kibor rate. Now, when i try to change it on system, system didn't allow me to change it.

So is it possible to change the interest rate ? If not how to handle the situations where we have to change the interest rate
