Forms, Reports, Workflows affected by upgrade

Hi,

What are the potential issues that could come up while upgrading Forms 6i, Reports 6i to Forms10g  and Reports 10g? Similarly, are there any issues that needs to be taken into consideration for Oracle workflows while upgrading from Oracle EBS 11i to Oracle EBS R12, assuming that R11i is in database version 8i and Oracle EBS R12 is in database version 10.2.0.2 (an example)?
