TRANSACTION_COST in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS

 Hi,

Can anyone please let me know how the value in the column 'TRANSACTION_COST' in MTL_MATERIALTRANSACTIONS gets populated when a DELIVER transaction is done?
