Item Description and Item Category are not defaulting onto PO, Requisition Lines for some items

Hi All,
While creating a requisition or a purchase order, the item description and the item category are not getting defaulted for some items.

I have checked the items, They have their item descriptions and they are properly assigned to their purchasing category.
