increase the receiving quantity without changing total purchase order price

 Hi,

we need to have an ability to recive the over ordered quantity without change the total amount of the purchase order. i.e decrease the unit cost amount.

we enable the over receipt quantity in item master screen and when we recive the overquntity we found the genrated journal amount equal the sum of the new quantity muliplied by the unit price.
