upgrade to JRE question

We recently upgraded from jinitiator to Java JRE for our 11.5.10.2 E Business Suite apps.  Now, my users are complaining because previously when they were in the concurrent request manager and clicked on view output, the window would open as the active window and they could see it immediately.  With JRE, when they click on view output, the IE button on the  task bar blinks and they have to move their mouse down and click on that to select the screen with their report output.  Now, I realize in the grand scheme of things this is not a major issue
