Oracle Project Costing - Budgetary Control for Inventory Items

 Dear Community,

How can I create purchase orders with Inventory items and Projects with project budgetary control functionality too?

For example:

Table is an inventory item.

First day of the year, I bought 100 tables with purchase order 0001:
30 for project1,
50 for project2 and
20 for project3.

I need that amounts associate with tables would be commitments for projects.

Project1 starts in March, project2 starts in May and project3 starts in July.

For project1: between January and March I need that items are in Inventory for physical control.
For project2: between January and May I need that items are in Inventory for phisical control.
