Unable to assign vat template?

Hi

Before unassing we have already assigned this item (60301010005L)  "raw material valtable recoverable" but by mistake we have unassign this item. now same item we try to assign template "other goods vatable recoverable", but this item not seen in LOV.

We have in 11.5.9. version. So pl. help how to assing this item vat template again.
