Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

Require Patchset details : Oracle Database EE Version 10.2.0.3 for IBM AIX Based System (64 bit).

Hi,

We need to upgrade to 10.2.0.4 (PSU3) for Oracle Database EE Version 10.2.0.3 for IBM AIX Based System (64 bit). Here is a snapshot of my Opatch and I am unsure what patch and patchset should I download? Would you need more details from Opatch or will below suffice?
