Commited Costs for OAT projects

 I am having an issue with projects that are setup to receive assets through Install Base (with the normal flow). When a PO is created for these projects, committed costs are not updated when PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts is run. Summarize Commitments is set to Yes and the only project module implemented in Project Costing.

I tested commitments for projects that receive expense items without asset tracking and these show committed costs correctly.

Any help would be appreciated.
