Error received when updating Order Management via API

 On the Additional Line Attribute Information DFF a segment on the DFF previously had a value set linked to it which was limited to 15 characters. The value set has been replaced by a 20 character value set and on the application 20 characters can now be captured. However when capturing via the standard API the following standard message is returned:

Error MEssage :Value 15236987456321478563 is longer than its maximum length of 15 characters

Any ideas what the issue could be.
