Debit memo/note from projects

 Hi All,

Our Client has  a requirement where they want to create a debit memo/note from projects. Is it possible to do so from projects module? If yes what are the pre-requisites like set up required and additional funding in agreements etc.?

What is the difference if we do it directly from receivables?

Please guide us.
