Account Receivable - Not able to create customer in new OU

Hi,

In R12.0.4 I have created a new Operating Unit, new responsibility for this OU and created a new user and assigned this responsibility. I have done all the following steps:

1. Replicate Seed Data for this OU.

2. MO: Operating Unit Profile set for responsibility.

3. Item Validation Profile set to this OU.

4. System Parameters setup

5. Customer system options (Autocreate customer account and site is checked).

Now when I am trying to create customer, Addresses fields(Address1-4, City, Postal Code etc) are not appearing on the Customer entry form. Also I am not able to save customer. When I save, it says please fill up all the required fields, however, I have populated all the *(Mandatory) fields.
