SID not showing in SR create dropdown

 When we try to create a SR, our SID is no longer in the dropdown.   I am the adminstrator for this SID and have had one of the others authorized to use this SID attempt it with the same results.

Since I have to pick a SID to enter even a non-technical service request, how do I get this resolved?
