Help with large route header

All,

I need to keep all SIP traffic using the UDP transport. However, I've encountered a situation where a route header gets added to the SIP message that causes the transport to switch over to use TCP. This happens during an Invite that is getting proxied. The  route header looks suspect to me because it is really big (highlighted in red below):

INVITE sip:+10001102844@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx SIP/2.0 t: <sip:+18009248267@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060;user=phone> c: application/sdp Via: SIP/2.0/UDP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060;wlsscid=-270f46a416660660;branch=z9hG4bK2071312b287074df4d65c4187c559465

Howdy, Stranger!
