Cannot find the part on the cslQuickInvetorySearch.jsp

Hello,

A part/Item was transferred from Tech A's subinventory to Tech B's subinventory in oracle apps using Subinventory Transfer...The material transactions form shows that the transfer was successful and there were no issues

But when I login as tech B in MFS Laptop and try to search for the part which was transferred  from Quick Debrief Material section I cannot view the part....I have checked the JTM Master Concurrent Program and it is running every 3 mts

Can you please let me know if iam missing anything...?
