Applying the Jan2010 security patch on a database with Data Guard

 The Jan2010 security patch doesn't have instructions regarding how to patch with Data Guard.  I've been searching around and I found document.   I found note 278641.1 which is good for the standby database.  However, I didn't see any mention of the Data Guard broker.  I understand there's an observer process that needs to be stopped.

Will someone point me to a doc for the procedures with Data Guard and applying the Jan 2010 security patch or let me know if there's something else I need to do outside of what's in the above note and the Jan2010 for Data Guard.
