Is there away to update Frozen/Pending Cost using the "List Price" of the item in the Oracle?

Hi,
Is there away to update Frozen/Pending Cost using the "List Price" of the item in the Oracle? We have over 8K items. I would appreciate if anyone can let me know the easy way to update the Cost using 'List Price' of an item.
