Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. PERFORMANCE ISSUE AFTER DB UPGRADE

Hi,

I have upgraded database from 9i to 10g and everything was ok at the time of upgrade.

After one month database started slow performance.I checked index,stats and all are fine.

Could you tell me where I can look for this issue?what should be a investigation strategy for this scenario.
