Trouble registering a new My Oracle Support User
As a new Administrator to My Oracle Support, I am having a difficult time with the process of registering a new person to my Oracle Support. The person filled out the online form, but I have not seen their request show up in "Pending Requests" or "Managing Users".
I have only had to do this once before, many months ago, so the process eludes me. I wish there was a number to call.
