OEM DBConsole service fails to start after applying Windows updates

 Hi,

Have just applied a raft of Windows updates and after restarting the server found that the DBConsole service fails to start so I cannot run OEM DB Control. Has anyone come across this before?  All else seems fine. The service runs on a https site, not sure if this is related.
