Approvals at Project level

 Version: Agile 9.3

Is there a way that we can get the approval at the project level than at the Task level (when status moved from Not Started to In Process)? Its getting tedious for managers to approve every single task. Please let me know if there is a way where once a project is approved, meaning all tasks under it are approved too and besides we will be havign Gates, which is againapproval process for phases which is too many approvals. Any thoughts are welcome on how to prevent too many approvals.
