Conflict in LOV from OMO and OCO

I am trying to figure out why there is a difference in the LOV available in Oracle Customers Online (Relationships > Contacts and Relationships > Others) and Oracle Marketing Online (Organization Relationship between a Person and an Organization party). All four of these fields have different values available, and I'm trying to figure out why they differ, and what their sources are. They are not flowing properly between the modules. Thank you ...
