change password in the "My Oracle Support" site?

 How can I change my password in the "My Oracle Support" site.

I forgot my password and have been sent another. I need to know how to reset that to something memorable.
I have tried to use the more tab / settings / account Priviledge.  The password ***'s are protected.  The pencil button when pressed,  fails during redirection to the profile application,

Is there another way to accomplish password change?
