APP-AR-294094: An unexpected error has occurred

Please help the in resolving this error message. Team indicated this issue was encountered after the entry of invoices. They access the transaction in AR to edit the GL Date. Once they uncheck the ‘Complete’ box, they receive this error message. Upon edit of the gl date, attempt to check the ‘Complete’ box to commit this revision, the message re-appears. When user requeries the sales order number, the record status is still showing as ‘incomplete’ because the 'Complete' box remains unchecked.

 

All such record status would then not be included for further transaction processing to GL. Not sure as to why this occurs.
