iReceivables performance (Account Details page)

 Has anyone else experienced performance issues with iReceivables and this page?  I am logging an SR but am also looking for some experience/suggestions on tuning.  We have just implemented iReceivables and some of our external users/customers don't even want to use it if they have numerous open invoices due to the horrible performance.  I am looking for recommendations on tuning iReceivables, potential bugs, etc.  Thank you!
