Custom Reports with queries in which date prompt selected

When a custom report is scheduled where the date originated is between which is a prompt, the reprt never runs even if scheduled. If I select the dates and run the schedule ex: any chaneg requests originated between 1/1 and 1/10 and schedule it to run every monday, then the scheduled report always runs for the CRs between 1/1/ and 1/10 only. How do I schedule a report to run to provide me CRs that are originated in the previous week? Liek a weekly report of all ECRs. Any help is appreciated.
