iReceivables performance issues with Account Details page

We have just implemented iReceivables for our external users/customers.  The performance of the Account Details page is horrible, especially for customers with more than 200 open invoices.  Has anyone seen this issue?  If so, how did you resolve it?  Thank you!
FYI: We are on 11.5.10.2 ATG H RUP6.
