AME Auto-approve transactions when initiator is also an approver

We have some rules using AME (Approvals Management Engine) in SSHR that could lead to the initiator of some transactions to also be in the approvals list.  Is there any way for AME to ignore the initiator in the approval list?

I'd be happy to provide any additional information as needed.
