Moving Operating Unit into new Business Group

A bit of background ... our HRMS and Financials are not running on the same instance.  HRMS is upgrading to release 12, and as part of the upgrade, the Org Structure has been reviewed and will change.  One of the changes are that they will operate on more than one Business Group.

Once the HRMS upgrade has been done, the Finance and HRMS platforms need to merge.  (Financials would also upgrade to release 12.) As a result, the finance org would need to change in order to fit the HRMS Org Structure. 

In our Finance Structure we currently have 1 Business Group and 1 Legal Entity with a few Operating Units.
