Invoice sort order
Could someone clarify something for me. A user is in AP invoices and when she views the invoices, she said that the invoices are not in any sort order and that they used to be before our 10g upgrade 2 weeks ago. She said she used to see the invoices in invoice date order with the most recent appearing last if you do view record/last. Just to clarify, she uses the standard folder view so nothing has been customized and therefore the invoice date and invoice number columns DO NOT appear as the first three columns.
Having read the folder options, as far as I can see a custom folder cannot be set up to sort by invoice date unless it appears as one of the first three columns and I cannot see any other way that these would have sorted correctly before.
