Federal Book Closed for December without running Bonus Depreciation

We have had issues with cost differences between our Corp and tax books. We had asked the tax department to get the copies of the federal book caught up through December so that all cost differences could be identified. They accidentally closed the books for December without running bonus depreciation.

I know Oracle does not support opening a book back up.

I'm not an expert in Assets. Therefore I don't know how not having calculated bonus depreciation in the Fed book affect the 2010 books.

Any suggestions on what to do, would be greatly appreciated. We are considering re-installing and walking the fed book forward. Oracle was installed in 4/08. That's the only good news I have.
