Oracle Buy/Sell Subcontracting

 Hello - I was wondering with the Oracle subcontracting functionality if the OEM could price mask the components when they are sold to the MP?  It did not look like it had that capability.  I know that the Chargeable Subcontracting functionality allows this , however, it still holds the inventory on the OEM's books which is different from our current process.  I also read that Chargeable Subcontracting functionality can only be used in Japan, Taiwan and Korea.  Is this true?
