Drag and drop for phases/tasks to a project doesn't work

 Version: Agile 9.3

I've created a phase and assigned tasks under it. Now I created a new project and want to move these tasks under that project, When I drag and drop the individual phase or tasks  on to the schedule tab of the project, It doesn't allow me to do so, except a screen flicker nothign happens. Is it the expected behaviour? Has anyoen experienced similar issue? If so, please advice on the resolution.
