Oracle 11g R2 Installation on AIX 6.1 (6100-04) hangs

 Oracle 11g R2 installation on AIX 6.1 (6100-04) 64 bit OS always hangs at 48% while copying the files for notification services . Is there any workaround for the same ? Also do I need to install (IZ41855, IZ5145 and IZ52319) patches for this installation since my os level is already above 6100-02 . I am unable to download these patches from the OBM central site and install . Is there any URL where the pre requisites for Oracle 11 g R2 for AIX 6.1 will be easily available for download and install ?
