How to Creat a Past dated Database with Currant Backup using RMAN ?

It may be my lake of knowledge on the below topic, but I want to be doubt-free on the below confusion.

Suppose I have taken a Production Database clod/hot backup today (on Feb 11) through RMAN.

Is it possible to create a new database as of Jan 1, I mean by using today’s RMAN backup can we create a Past dated Database?

 Please note i don't have previous archives also(i.e Jan 1 - Feb 1), and flash back is not configured for my database.
