 Hi,

I am in a process to upgrade a db from 8.1.7.4 to 10.2.0.4.1

I got that there is no statspack got installed in db but still I could see some user(application) tables got analyzed but there is no stats for sys and system user.So my question is : Is there any problem if I will not run step 7 of menual check list of 10g(SQL> EXEC DBMS_STATS.GATHER_DICTIONARY_STATS;).

below is the output from my 8i database:
