problem when trying to delete datafiles

Hi, I've got one tablespace linked to one datafile.

I performed a drop tablespace including contents and datafiles (first set offline).
Once done, I'm unable to remove the datafile from my directory.
Windows says that datafile is used.
Is there another solution than shutting down the instance?
