Auto-approve Assignments in Project Resource Management

 Hello,

How can we skip the approval step of Delivery Assignments for Resources in Project Resource Management. We only want to add delivery assingments which should be approved when pressing Apply button. Is this possible? 

If we disable workflow from assignment statuses how can the delivery assignment pass to Approved/Confirmed Status?
