Addition/Adjustment by Source Report

There are two reports in Oracle FA - Addition by Source report and Adjustment by Source report. When I run these for the corporate book it runs fine, however, when I run the Adjustment by Source report for the tax book it does not print the 'Line Invoice Description' field for the same period.

When I run the Addition by Source report for the tax book it does NOT print anything. It is blank.

Any ideas as why this is happening?
