User receives error on clicking iStore Links

  Hi,

We are using iStore version 11.5.10. We had an issue with a particular user.

After logging in and clicking any iStore link, a Vision Enterprises Warning screen diplayed:

You are registered as a business user, but your account has not been approved yet. Until your account is approved, you will be treated as a guest user. After your account is approved, you can sign in to gain full access to the site.

The request appeared in the Request list and Request Type was User Type.

Request name was  Register as a user of an existing company.

After approving this from the Admin UI, it was resolved but we need to understand how the
