Does Oracle 11i application server with WebLogic support PLSQL components

 Does anyone have any documentation or know if Oracle 11i Application server with weblogic supports the mod_plsql component and the Database Access Descriptor (DAD).  We have a PL/SQL web based application that uses these features and we need to identify if they are support in version 11 or deprecated due to the migration to weblogic as the main app server platform.  Any help would be appreciated.
