OVMS: Migrating database into 10.2.0.4.3 tree

In two weeks I am planning to upgrade out last production database from 9.2.0.8 to 10.2.0.4.3

The question is whether i should run ORA_ROOT:[psu.10_2_0_4_3]catpsu.sql script after running ora_root:[rdbms.admin]catupgrd.sql or not.
