Handling Fixed Deposits (interest rates, interest accruals,auto post to GL)

 Hi,
We are looking for a maintenance of one of our implementation client's requirement of FIXED DEPOSITS.  Which module of Oracle Ebusiness Suite handles this. 

Under Fixed Deposits client is looking for Interest rate track, interest accrual, rate differences, auto post to GL.

Can any one help us.
