Unable to load images to the hosting library using IE8 with EMOD v 1.4

ISSUE/QUESTION

Users are unable to load images to the hosting library using IE8 with EMOD v 1.4.

Steps To Reproduce:
1) Log into the application.
2) Go to the Admin>Email Marketing>Hosting Library.
3) Click on the "New" button.
4) Attempt to upload any document or image or a template.

Error: "An internal error has occurred. Please contact your site administrator for assistance.

SOLUTION/ANSWER

This is a configuration issue of the security settings of the users browser.  Follow the trouble shooting steps on the Microsoft website to determine where the issue lies:
