Missing File perzzmenuxx02304.ldt

 Hi,

In my environnement test, I don't find this file patch/115/import/US/perzzmenuxx02304.ldt. In fact, I search this file because it's mentionned in this document :Insufficient Privileges Error On Notification [ID 951587.1]

Why don't I have this file ? Is it included into a patch ? If yes, I don't find this patch.
