Legal Entity Set up in AR - pre upgrade to Release 12

 Hi,

We have done a trial run on upgrading from release 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.  On the first quick test of AR I have found that most standard reports are erroring.  These required a legal entity in the parameters.  There are no values found in the drop down list for legal entity.

On researching this problem, I have found references to pre-upgrade setup in AR for Legal entity.  Please could you let me know what these setup sets are or where I can find a document that details these setup changes.
